MACOMPTA.FR Announces Governance Changes
MACOMPTA.FR, a French provider of software for businesses and accountants, announced changes in its governance structure on April 21, 2026. The Board of Directors decided to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO. Sylvain Badina has been appointed CEO, effective April 15, 2026, while Sylvain Heurtier will remain as Chairman.
Badina, a chartered accountant since 2002, has been with the company as Director of Products and Support since September 2025. This move is aimed at strengthening the company's operational management and providing a clearer distinction between management roles and strategic oversight.
Additionally, Claire Alin, Head of Communication, has been named Deputy Director. These changes reflect the company's commitment to enhancing its executive operations and strategic planning.
