MACOMPTA.FR is preparing for its transfer to Euronext Growth

After two years on Euronext Access, MACOMPTA.FR, a software publisher for businesses and accountants, announces its transfer to Euronext Growth on March 30, 2026. This decision follows a significant increase in the share price from €4.69 to €5.70, representing a rise of 21.5%. The free float also increased by 8% to 27%, attracting more investors.

This change aims to increase the company's visibility and includes measures to improve liquidity, such as coverage by Allinvest Securities and the implementation of a liquidity contract with CIC CIB. MACOMPTA.FR anticipates continued growth and was recently recognized as a Growth Champion.
