Strengthening governance at MACOMPTA.FR

MACOMPTA.FR, a French publisher of software solutions for businesses and accountants, has announced a strengthening of its governance following the decisions of its Board of Directors on April 15, 2026. The company has decided to separate the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Sylvain Badina has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, while Sylvain Heurtier remains Chairman of the Board.

Sylvain Badina, a chartered accountant since 2002, was previously Director of Products and Support. Claire Alin, Director of Communications, becomes Deputy Managing Director. This reorganization aims to strengthen operational management while focusing on separating day-to-day operations from the company's strategy.
