Consolidation and capital reduction at Sirius Media
Sirius Media announces a share consolidation and a capital reduction. This operation, decided by the Board of Directors on March 26, 2026, aims to boost the stock market and stabilize share price volatility.
The share consolidation begins on April 16, 2026, with an exchange of 1,000 old shares for one new share. It will take effect on May 19, 2026, affecting 2,365,496,139 shares. Only the par value changes, with no impact on the overall share capital.
The capital reduction, lowering the par value of the shares from €100 to €0.02, follows the share consolidation. This is a technical operation and does not affect the market value of the shares. The share capital will be reduced from €236.5 million to €47,309.92.
