Sirius Media Completes Repayment of its Acquisition Debt

On December 19, 2025, Sirius Media announced that it had finalized the repayment of its debt related to the acquisition of Triple A and Sirius Media Production. This settlement was completed according to the transaction protocol of May 2025 and coincides with the completion of the drawdown of the tranches of the Atlas Capital Markets financing agreement.

With a total of €3.6 million used out of the available €4 million, Sirius Media converted 22,500 of the 36,000 bonds issued. This transaction cancelled over €35 million of debt. The final installment was paid on December 15, 2025, completing the repayment of this debt.
