Maisons du Monde: Financial negotiations fail

Maisons du Monde has announced that its discussions with financial partners have been unsuccessful. The company sought to secure financing for its business plan through confidential negotiations, initiated under an ad hoc mandate and then through a conciliation procedure that began in January 2026. The group also explored alternative financing options to address a cash flow need and repay a €25 million syndicated loan due on April 22, 2026. These negotiations aimed to obtain new liquidity and restructure existing debt. Maisons du Monde is now seeking support from third-party and industrial investors.
