Manitou Group Partners with HD Construction Equipment
On September 21, 2026, in Ancenis, France, Manitou Group and HD Construction Equipment announced a strategic cross-distribution partnership. This collaboration aims to enhance their global market presence in the construction equipment sector. Through this agreement, Manitou Group will integrate HD Construction Equipment’s product lines into its compact solutions, distributing them globally under the Manitou and GEHL brands through its dealer network.
Conversely, HD Construction Equipment plans to utilize Manitou Group's engineering strengths to improve its compact equipment offerings and expand its market reach. By 2030, this joint endeavor is expected to contribute approximately 5% to Manitou Group's total sales.
Both Sylvain Blaise, CEO of Manitou Group, and Jaeyoung Moon, CEO of HD Construction Equipment, emphasized the mutual benefits of increased innovation and strengthened global presence through this partnership.
