Mare Nostrum: Resilience and Growth in the First Half of 2026
Mare Nostrum, a group specializing in human resources for SMEs and mid-sized companies, achieved consolidated revenue of €43.7 million in the first half of 2026. This performance reflects the strength of its business model, even in a challenging economic environment for temporary staffing. Having completed its transformation program in 2025, the group is now focusing on its strategic activities.
In the second quarter, Mare Nostrum saw its revenue increase by 15.3% compared to the first quarter, reaching €23.4 million. This recovery was driven by the gradual rebound in activity in the French market. Temporary staffing, despite facing an unfavorable environment, registered a notable recovery.
Training and recruitment activities continue to grow. Training increased by 5.0%, thanks to the expansion of Platinum CQFT's offerings. Recruitment grew by 11.5%, benefiting from the economic recovery of its clients and the success of the Healthcare division, launched in early 2025.
