Evolution of Maroc Telecom's voting rights in July 2025

Maroc Telecom has published its monthly report on its share capital structure for the month of July 2025. As of July 31, the total number of shares comprising the share capital remained stable at 879,095,340 shares. The total number of gross voting rights is also 879,095,340, while the number of net voting rights is 879,018,202, after taking into account treasury shares without voting rights, which amount to 77,138.

This figure is a slight increase compared to previous months, when net sales stood at 878,993,010 on June 30 and 878,906,352 on May 31. The company maintains a clause in its articles of association requiring reporting of threshold crossings, in addition to legal obligations. Maroc Telecom's shares are listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris.
