Evolution of voting rights and shares at Maroc Telecom in March 2026

On March 31, 2026, Maroc Telecom published its monthly update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares. According to Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the company has a share capital of 879,095,340 shares. These shares are listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris. As of March 31, the net number of voting rights stood at 878,900,067, after deducting the 195,273 treasury shares without voting rights. This represents a slight decrease compared to previous months. Maroc Telecom has a statutory clause requiring the reporting of threshold crossings, in addition to the legal thresholds.
