Maurel & Prom General Meeting: Resolutions and Appointments
On May 19, 2026, Maurel & Prom held its Combined General Meeting, chaired by Mr. Wisnu Santoso. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the company's and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year. A dividend of €0.38 per share will be paid on August 27, 2026.
An amendment to Article 22 of the bylaws concerning the age limit for the Managing Director was adopted. During this meeting, the co-option of several board members was ratified, thereby strengthening governance.
