Mayfair Acquisition Corp. Resumes Trading, Names New Director
Mayfair Acquisition Corp. has announced the resumption of trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). Trading will recommence two business days after the relevant TSXV bulletin is issued. The company is also pursuing a consolidation of its shares, subject to TSXV approval, at a ratio of five pre-consolidation shares to one post-consolidation share. Following the resignation of director Bart Kelleher, Mayfair aims to appoint Mark Tommasi as his replacement, pending TSXV acceptance. Tommasi brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets. The company plans to hold an annual general meeting within 90 days once Mr. Tommasi's appointment is approved, ensuring compliance with TSXV requirements.
