Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits: Update on voting rights and shares

Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits has published its monthly statement on the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L233-8II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of November 30, 2025, the company's share capital consisted of 111,989,823 shares.

The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 194,037,742, including treasury shares. As for exercisable voting rights, their total is 193,902,046, after deducting treasury shares.

The company's articles of association contain a clause imposing an obligation to provide information on crossing statutory thresholds, which is complementary to legal thresholds.
