McFarlane Lake Mining Announces Partial Redemption of Debentures
McFarlane Lake Mining Limited announced the early redemption of US$2,344,469 of its US$15,000,000 senior secured debentures. This follows the sale of West Hawk Lake and High Lake, classified as a Permitted Asset Sale. The redemption was executed ahead of schedule with consent from holders and aligns with the trust indenture terms.
Investors will receive approximately US$167.92 per US$1,000 principal amount. This includes accrued interest and an early repayment premium. The redemption represents 50% of the net cash proceeds from the asset sale.
Holders are advised to contact their investment dealer or the Trustee to arrange redemption. Payments will be made upon presentation and surrender at the designated Calgary location.
