MEDIA 6: Status of Shares and Voting Rights

MEDIA 6 has published its data concerning the capital and the number of voting rights attached to its shares for the months of May, June and July 2025. The number of shares making up the capital remains stable at 2,631,250 for each month.

Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total amounts to 4,804,947, including all shares potentially carrying voting rights, even those deprived of this right. The voting rights that can actually be exercised are 4,546,726, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights.

These monthly data provide transparency on MEDIA 6's capital structure, in accordance with AMF requirements. No significant changes were noted over the period observed.
