Stability of capital and voting rights at MEDIA 6

MEDIA 6 has published its monthly report in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. This report reveals the stability of the number of shares comprising the share capital and voting rights over the last months of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the number of shares remained unchanged at 2,631,250, as did the theoretical voting rights totaling 4,804,947 and the exercisable voting rights totaling 4,546,726.

These figures, which have remained constant since October 2025, demonstrate an unchanged situation for MEDIA 6, ensuring continued transparency towards its shareholders. Voting rights exercised are determined by excluding shares deprived of these rights, in accordance with applicable regulations.
