Stability of Capital and Voting Rights at MEDIA 6

MEDIA 6 has published its monthly figures for November 2025 concerning the number of shares comprising the share capital and the total number of voting rights. The number of shares remains constant at 2,631,250. The theoretical voting rights amount to 4,804,947, while the exercisable rights total 4,546,726.

This stability has been observed since September 2025, with no significant changes in October and November. The data is calculated according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, taking into account all shares, including those without voting rights, for theoretical rights. Executable rights exclude shares deprived of voting rights.
