Median Technologies Announces Voting Rights Update
Median Technologies has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2026. This announcement complies with French regulatory requirements, specifically Article L-223-8 II of the "code de Commerce" and 223-16 of the AMF’s General Regulations. The company reported a total of 36,948,314 shares.
