Medincell Announces its 2025 General Meeting
Medincell has convened its 2025 combined general meeting, scheduled for September 11 at its headquarters. Resolutions to be discussed will include the approval of the 2024-2025 financial statements and the allocation of profits. The election of new directors, all pharmaceutical experts, will be put to a vote. Changes to governance are planned, including a review of the Board of Directors' compensation.
The meeting will propose delegations allowing for possible capital changes. Details for participating and voting are detailed in the meeting notice, available on Medincell's website from August 21. Shareholders can send their questions by email. A live broadcast is planned for those unable to attend.
