Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics Unveil Phase II Study Results at ASH 2026

Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics have announced first clinical data from the Phase II JASPIS-01 study of dapolsertib at the 2026 ASH Annual Meeting. This study focuses on patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) who have exhausted standard treatment options.

The study highlighted dapolsertib's clinical activity, observed in a heavily pretreated population. Notably, 53% of these patients had previously undergone CAR-T cell therapy, and 60% received CD3×CD20 bispecific antibodies. The observed clinical activity in this challenging group supports the potential of dapolsertib as an alternative treatment.

Dapolsertib, a dual PIM/FLT3 kinase inhibitor, has shown a manageable safety profile, allowing for intended dosage levels. Further results from the ongoing study are anticipated to advance new treatment avenues for aggressive B-cell lymphoma patients.
