Menarini Group Unveils ELEVATE Study Data at ASCO Meeting

At the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting, Menarini Group presented new findings from its ELEVATE study. The study explores the combination of elacestrant and capivasertib in patients with ER+, HER2- metastatic breast cancer. Safety and preliminary efficacy were highlighted, showing an 88.9% disease control rate and a 66.7% clinical benefit rate in the recommended phase 2 dose cohort.
