Mercialys Reports Recent Share Buyback Transactions
Mercialys has declared its recent transactions involving the repurchase of its own shares. The transactions occurred from September 2 to September 4, 2026, as outlined under Article 5 of European Regulation no. 596/2014. During this period, Mercialys repurchased a total of 57,355 shares.
On September 2, 491 shares were bought at an average price of 10.98 euros per share. This was followed by 26,864 shares on September 3, with each share priced at an average of 10.954 euros. Finally, on September 4, the company acquired 30,000 shares, having a weighted average price of 10.972 euros per share.
The buyback program, executed on the Paris market (XPAR), is aimed at covering obligations linked to bonus share allocation plans for Mercialys' employees and executive officers.
