Preparatory documents for the Mercialys General Meeting
Mercialys has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on April 29, 2025. The event will take place at 10:00 a.m. CEST at the Centorial in Paris. Shareholders will notably discuss the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.
A notice of meeting was published in the BALO on March 21, 2025, including the agenda, proposed resolutions, and participation and voting procedures. The notice of meeting is scheduled to appear in the BALO on April 9, 2025.
Preparatory documents are available online on the Mercialys website. They can also be sent to shareholders upon request, in accordance with current regulations.
