Mersen Announces Board of Directors Change
Mersen, a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, announced a change to its Board of Directors. Emmanuelle Picard, a board member since 2023, resigned for personal reasons. The Board appointed Florence Lambert as her replacement, effective immediately. Lambert's term will continue until the end of the General Meeting in 2027. Currently the CEO of Genvia, Lambert brings expertise in renewable energies and innovation, aligning with Mersen's focus areas.
The Board acknowledged Picard's contributions, particularly in the Audit and Accounts Committee and strategic coordination. Lambert is deemed independent based on AFEP-MEDEF Code standards. Her appointment awaits ratification at the upcoming General Meeting.
