Mersen Publishes Share and Voting Rights Data for February 2025

Mersen, a global specialist in electrical power and advanced materials, has disclosed its share and voting rights information as of February 28, 2025. The company reports a total of 24,418,312 shares in its capital structure. The number of real voting rights, accounting for double voting rights and excluding shares without voting rights, stands at 26,852,731. The theoretical number of voting rights is slightly higher, at 27,076,804.

These figures are released in accordance with Article L-233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. Mersen aims to ensure transparency for its investors and stakeholders. The company, which is listed on Euronext Paris – Compartment B, continues to focus on delivering solutions for high-tech industries.
