Mersen has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares in the capital as of April 21, 2026. The company reported a total of 24,418,312 shares. The number of real voting rights, considering double voting rights and excluding shares without voting rights, amounts to 26,943,011. Meanwhile, the theoretical number of voting rights is noted to be 27,108,908.
