Metalore Resources Ltd. Announces New CFO and Director Appointments

Metalore Resources Ltd. (TSXV:MET) has announced the appointment of Ms. Ashley Nadon as the new Chief Financial Officer and Director, replacing Don Bryson. Ms. Nadon is a chartered professional accountant with a strong academic background from the University of Toronto and McMaster University. She brings extensive experience as a CFO for various companies and currently holds the CFO position at Homeland Nickel Inc.

Additionally, Mr. Peter Cox has been appointed as a Director, replacing Bruce Davis who is retiring due to health reasons. Mr. Cox, a McMaster University graduate in Power & Energy Engineering Technology, has contributed to process efficiency improvements in his previous role with Titan Trailer. His investment interest in Metalore stems from its natural gas and gold resources.
