Adoption of Resolutions at the METAVISIO General Assembly
On July 18, 2025, METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing) held its Combined General Meeting in Dammarie-les-Lys, chaired by Stephan Français. Shareholders, representing 51.04% of voting shares, voted by a large majority for all proposed resolutions.
Among the resolutions adopted, shareholders approved the financial statements for the 2024 financial year and the Board of Directors' allocation of profits. In addition, authorization was granted for a share buyback program by the company itself.
