METAVISIO optimized for the arrival of a new reference shareholder

On October 28, 2025, METAVISIO (THOMSON Computing) announced a mandate entrusted to STRATEGO INTERNATIONAL to welcome a reference shareholder. This approach is part of the Horizon 2028 strategic plan aimed at stabilizing its shareholding and clarifying its financial trajectory.

This initiative follows the elimination of dilutive financing, such as OCABSA, and the repurchase of ORA. The par value of the share is set at €0.01, prohibiting any issuance below this price to protect the valuation. The objective is to attract a partner willing to support the company in its emerging sectors: defense, AI, and Web3 security.
