METAVISIO plans to acquire a digital accessories distributor
On September 9, 2025, METAVISIO, under the THOMSON Computing brand, signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the shares of a French distributor specializing in premium digital accessories. This distributor generates revenue of approximately €8 million and collaborates with around twenty international brands. This transaction is part of METAVISIO's Horizon 2028 strategic plan, aimed at strengthening its ecosystem and diversifying its growth drivers.
The integration is scheduled for October 30, 2025 at the latest. METAVISIO aims to double the entity's revenue by 2028. The acquisition is fully financed, with no increase in the company's debt. This acquisition is in line with METAVISIO's strategy to strengthen its position in the French IT market.
