METAVISIO: Positive Results and Accentuate Strategy Horizon 2028

French company METAVISIO, known for its IT products under the THOMSON Computing brand, announces a significant improvement in its financial situation. As of June 30, 2025, the company achieved a positive EBITDA of €1.3 million, with a net profit of €109,000, after a difficult 2024. In addition, METAVISIO has completely eliminated its convertible bond debt, recovering from €3.8 million to zero by September 30, 2025.

At the same time, its equity increased from €26 million to €34 million over the same period. METAVISIO is now shifting its strategy toward more technologically advanced products with higher margins. To strengthen its growth, it is planning an acquisition in November, in line with its Horizon 2028 plan.
