METAVISIO - Thomson Computing extends its restructuring by 6 months
METAVISIO - Thomson Computing has announced a six-month extension of its debt restructuring period, following an agreement with three partner investment funds. The negotiations aim to finalize the debt treatment agreement by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
Two partner funds have begun financing orders for late 2026 and early 2027 with financial contributions of €500,000 and €1 million respectively. This should allow for a turnover of between €16 and €20 million, doubling the figures from 2025 to 2026.
Through these efforts, METAVISIO aims to reduce its expenses, increase its customer base, and return to positive operating and net results in 2027.
