Methanor: 2025 Results and Strategy Towards Renewable Energy
In 2025, Méthanor, a company specializing in financing renewable energy projects, returned to profitability. Net income reached €989,000, compared to a loss of €715,000 in 2024, marking a 238% improvement. This performance is partly due to a capital gain of €724,000 from the sale of its stake in Solaire Direct.
The operating result, close to break-even at -€4,000, stabilized thanks to cost control. Furthermore, Méthanor invested a total of €2.03 million in various energy projects, notably in ENTECH, Hoffmann Green Cement, and Agripower France.
The company improved its financial position, converting net debt into net cash of €896,000. For 2026, Méthanor plans to continue investing in new renewable energy initiatives.
