Separation of the Stéphane Plaza Immobilier and Sixième Avenue networks

After 12 years of collaboration, the shareholders of SPF Franchise announce the separation of the Stéphane Plaza Immobilier and Sixième Avenue networks into two independent entities. This decision aims to foster the individual growth of each brand with distinct governance structures.

Stéphane Plaza Immobilier will now be 100% owned by Stéphane Plaza, while the M6 Group will strengthen its position in Sixième Avenue by acquiring 68% of the company. The completion of this transaction is expected in July 2026.

Stéphane Plaza will continue to lead his network, emphasizing customer proximity and innovation. Sixième Avenue, headed by Gilles Charron, aims to accelerate its growth with the support of the M6 Group. This split is designed to structure the development of both brands while preserving their current commitments to agencies and employees.
