Bondholder Meetings Approve Amendments at Meyer Burger

Thun, Switzerland – Meyer Burger Technology AG announced that bondholder meetings for the 2027 and 2029 convertible bonds, issued by MBT Systems GmbH and guaranteed by Meyer Burger, have approved the proposed amendments. These meetings took place on May 16, 2025.

For the 2027 convertible bonds, bondholders representing 82.55% participated, with 100% approval of the amendments from those represented. Similarly, the 2029 bondholders had 82.39% participation, with unanimous approval for the amendments. The required threshold was surpassed in both meetings.
