Bondholder Meetings Approve Amendments Proposed by Meyer Burger

On February 10, 2025, bondholder meetings held for convertible bonds due in 2027 and 2029 have both approved amendments put forth by MBT Systems GmbH and Meyer Burger Technology AG. These meetings, regarding bonds issued by MBT Systems GmbH and backed by Meyer Burger, saw significant participation.

For the 2027 convertible bonds, bondholders representing 72.07% participated, with unanimous support for the amendments. In parallel, the meeting for the 2029 bonds had a 74.34% participation rate, with all represented bonds voting for the changes.
