Rafael Benami appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of MG International
MG International, also known as Maytronics France, has announced the appointment of Rafael Benami as its new Chairman of the Board, effective April 14, 2026. Benami, CEO of the Maytronics Group, succeeds Sharon Goldenberg. Nicolas Mouret remains Chief Executive Officer.
At the Board of Directors meeting on April 14, 2026, it was decided to convene a General Meeting on June 24, 2026. The agenda includes the approval of the 2025 financial statements and a proposal for the allocation of the profit to the Retained Earnings account.
