MGI Digital Technology: 2025 Review and 2026 Outlook
MGI Digital Technology, a leader in Graphic Arts, underwent a strategic transformation in 2025, focusing on industrial electronics. Revenue reached €58.1 million, compared to €57.6 million in 2024 excluding exceptional items. Despite a challenging environment, MGI maintained strong profitability, with a net margin exceeding 10%, thanks in part to its partnership with Konica Minolta. The integration of ALTIX in 2024 was pivotal, generating €8.4 million in 2025.
In 2026, MGI will begin phase 2 of its development, capitalizing on industrial electronics. This diversification strengthens its position in growth markets. The year 2026 also marks the start of commercialization of innovative solutions resulting from synergies with ALTIX, with an acceleration expected from 2027. MGI thus combines a strong historical model with a promising technological focus.
