The company is strengthening its team by appointing Ingo Middelmenne as Head of European Investor Relations. Middelmenne brings over 25 years of experience and will focus on growing Verve's presence in European markets.

Simultaneously, Verve plans to amplify its US market activities to improve capital market engagement. Sören Barz, the current Head of Investor Relations, will transition to Vice President of Corporate Communications & Strategic Initiatives, highlighting the company's commitment to internal growth.
