Verve Group Applies for Bond Listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
On 20 May 2025, Verve Group SE announced the publication of a bond prospectus and its application for the listing of its initial bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. These bonds, valued at EUR 500 million, fall under the company's EUR 650 million bond framework. This move was initially communicated on 6 March 2025.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the prospectus, indicating it meets regulatory standards, though this does not constitute an endorsement of Verve or the bond's quality. Trading of these bonds is expected to begin on or around 22 May 2025.
