Verve Group SE Achieves Strong Revenue Growth in 2025

Verve Group SE reported robust revenue growth for FY 2025, seeing a substantial increase of 26.1% to €550.92 million. Despite a challenging advertising market, the ad tech group capitalized on solid performance in the first and final quarters. The change in revenue recognition, to align with IFRS 15, also positively impacted revenue growth.

The fourth quarter was particularly notable, with a revenue growth of 9.9% to €193.84 million, driven by both organic and inorganic growth. This growth came despite currency headwinds and a high comparison base from the previous year. Verve Group's platform unification and improved technology stack significantly bolstered gross margin to 44.6% in Q4 2025.

For 2026, Verve anticipates continued growth, projecting revenues between €680 million to €730 million and adjusted EBITDA between €145 million to €175 million. The company's strategic initiatives and market conditions are expected to drive further profitable revenue potential.
