Verve Group SE's 2025 Performance and Future Outlook
Verve Group SE reported strong financial results for the first nine months of 2025. Despite a weak advertising market, the company achieved substantial revenue growth, driven by platform migration and acquisitions. Total sales increased by 22% to €357.09 million. Growth in the Demand Side Platform segment was notable, boosted by the acquisition of Jun Group.

Looking ahead, Verve Group adjusted its revenue forecast upwards, anticipating a range of €560.0 million to €580.0 million for the year. With strategic acquisitions and platform consolidation, the company is positioned for future growth, maintaining a 'BUY' rating and a target price of €7.95.
