Information on Miliboo Voting Rights and Shares
On July 3, 2026, Miliboo communicated the details relating to its share capital and voting rights as of June 30, 2026. The company lists 6,930,904 shares constituting its capital.
Two totals for voting rights are specified: a theoretical total of 10,940,979 voting rights and an actual total, net of shares deprived of voting rights, of 10,884,803. This relates to transparency rules issued by the AMF.
Miliboo includes in its statutes a clause imposing an additional declaration when crossing particular thresholds, in addition to the legal thresholds.
