Miliboo: Capital Increase by its Founder and Growth Objectives
On October 15, 2026, Miliboo, an online furniture brand, announced the strengthening of its founder Guillaume Lachenal's stake. By acquiring shares from Groupe M6 and Auriga Partners, his stake increased from 15.78% to 48.81%, making him the largest shareholder once again.
This new commitment aims to align the interests of management and shareholders. Miliboo is pursuing its growth ambitions in France and Europe, following a projected turnover of €44 million in 2025-2026.
In parallel, a new governance structure will be proposed on November 20, 2026, with the creation of an Executive Board, including Guillaume Lachenal. This change aims to support the company's agility and development.
