Mister Spex Appoints Tobias Krauss as New CEO
Mister Spex SE has announced a leadership change. Tobias Krauss will assume the role of CEO starting April 1, 2025. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a position he held since July 2024 after joining the board in 2020. Krauss takes over from Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, who served as interim CEO while retaining his CFO duties.
Nicolas Brandolese will step in as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The transition marks a continuation of the company's restructuring efforts aimed at sustainable growth and improved profitability. The "SpexFocus" program, initiated in 2024, targets cost efficiency and enhanced product offerings.
Krauss brings experience from ABACON CAPITAL and aims to lead Mister Spex into a profitable future, with a focus on transformation and lean management.
