Mobilezone Achieves SBTi Validation for Climate Goals

Mobilezone has successfully obtained validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its climate goals, marking a significant milestone in its sustainability efforts. The company aims to reach net-zero emissions by 2045 across its entire value chain, targeting a 50% reduction in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2032 relative to 2022 levels, and a 90% reduction by 2045.

This validation confirms that Mobilezone's climate targets align with the latest scientific research, supporting a global temperature limit of 1.5°C as per the Paris climate agreement. Bernhard Mächler, CFO Switzerland, noted the importance of transparency and measurable contributions in their sustainability strategy.
