Mobilezone Announces New Group CFO

Mobilezone Holding AG has announced a change in its Group Management. Bernhard Mächler is set to succeed Andreas Fecker as the Group CFO starting October 2025. After serving 11 years as Group CFO and being with Mobilezone for 18 years, Andreas Fecker will leave the company at the end of this year to pursue new professional opportunities. His contributions have been pivotal in finance organization and capital market transactions.

Bernhard Mächler, currently the CFO of Mobilezone Switzerland, will take over the role. Mächler joined Mobilezone in 2020 and has held various financial leadership positions, bringing significant expertise to his new role as Group CFO. His prior experience as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and his credentials as a certified public accountant reinforce his capabilities.
