Mobimo Adjusts Organisational Structure to Enhance Agility

Lucerne, 13 October 2025 – Mobimo Holding AG announced significant changes to its organisational structure to boost agility and operational efficiency. A new division, "Acquisition," will be formed, reducing the Executive Board from six to five members. Christoph Egli, previously Head of Property Management, will exit the company.

The revision aims to streamline management, maximizing synergies and sharpening Mobimo's competitive edge. Under CEO Daniel Ducrey, the new structure will feature five divisions: Real Estate, Development, Acquisition, Finance, and the Corporate Centre. Nadia Mastacchi will lead Real Estate, while Marco Tondel takes charge of Development. Vinzenz Manser will head the Acquisition division.

These changes, effective from 1 January 2026, are expected to enhance Mobimo's efficacy along its value chain and strengthen its market position.
