Mobimo Holding AG: General Meeting and New Presidency

Mobimo Holding AG held its 26th Annual General Meeting in Lucerne, with 66.72% of the voting share capital present. All proposals from the Board were accepted. Markus Schürch was elected Chairman, succeeding Peter Schaub after 18 years. Schürch expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their confidence. Sophie Dubuis joins the Board as a new member.

The distribution of CHF 10.25 per share has been approved. This amount includes a dividend of CHF 5.15 and a tax-exempt distribution of CHF 5.10, resulting in a net amount of CHF 8.45 per share payable on April 8, 2026.
