Mobimo Successfully Issues CHF 175 Million Green Bond
On August 11, 2025, Mobimo Holding AG announced the successful placement of a Green Bond valued at CHF 175 million in the Swiss capital market. The bond features a fixed interest rate of 1.10% over a seven-year term, concluding on August 27, 2032. This move aligns with Mobimo's commitment to sustainable projects as outlined in their Green Bond Framework.
Funds from this issuance will be available on August 27, 2025. Zürcher Kantonalbank, Luzerner Kantonalbank AG, and Raiffeisen Schweiz served as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction. The bond is scheduled for listing on the Swiss Exchange starting August 26, 2025.
Mobimo's diverse real estate portfolio is valued at approximately CHF 3.9 billion, making it a key player in the Swiss market, known for both residential and commercial properties in prime locations.
